The Emmet F. Riordan Papers contain typed manuscripts of his novels, including "America's Dirge", "Between Kisses", "Copper Stain", "Headwaters", "No-Score-Game", and "Purse Badges." Also included in this collection are several letters to Riordan from his publishing company, E.P. Dutton and Co., Inc., regarding his manuscripts.
The collection contains materials related to Pan African composers and musicians that was collected by Hildred Roach. It includes music scores from a variety of Black composers, Hildred Roach concert programs, and music recordings (phonograph records, compact discs, and open reel). The collection includes William Grant Still, Ulysses Kay, George Walker, and many others.

The Rogers Family Papers consist of fifteen series, the first being on the Rogers & Clarke families in general, and the remainder focusing on the papers of individuals such as James Webb Rogers I, J. Harris Rogers, James Charles Rogers, Cora Rogers Clarke, Phillips H. Clarke Jr., Mae Harris Clarke and George E. Sullivan. The final series contains objects and oversize materials of varying types.

Papers of Ambassador Selwa Roosevelt, U.S. Chief of Protocol under President Ronald Reagan, including photographs (mostly in photo albums) of state occasions and visits organized by Roosevelt, formal invitation cards, souvenir programs for events, clippings, and printed materials. A run of correspondence of Selwa Roosevelt with authors, celebrities, international correspondents, Reagan Administration officials, and friends is also retained.
2 albums amincorum that likely belonged to students at the University of Jena (Germany) in the late 18th century. The albums include autographs and quotations in Latin and German. The binding on one volume is stamped "1755." The other volume includes pressed illustrations of the University of Jena ("Collegium Ienense"). The inside cover of that volume is signed by Martinus Theodorus Rhodius.
